How it all Started

A casual conversation over coffee more than 2 years ago between two friends and ex-colleagues, Nitin Goil and Sebastian Anthony, led to their self-disclosures of workplace dysfunctions and adverse management styles they encountered in workplaces during their career. They both over time shared how their experience of dysfunctional and toxic behaviors from leaders they worked with affected them negatively. Instead of just talking about it, they decided to work together to channel this negative energy into something positive and purposeful. This pursuit led them to “The Restored Organization”, a concept rooted in two fundamental questions: What if the harm caused by workplace toxicity could be undone? And what if organizations could be transformed into spaces where people could thrive and still deliver exceptional results?
